Turkish Airlines Flight Delays and Lost Luggage
On October 2, 2023, our Istanbul to Antalya flight TK 2410 was delayed twice and eventually canceled. We managed to get on flight TK 2414 and arrived in Antalya, but our luggage was missing. We couldn't find any representative at the airport; the lost and found office only took our application and told us there was nothing more they could do. We arrived at our hotel late without chargers, clothes, and medications. Now we are waiting; our 4-day vacation has started, but we arrived late and can't participate in any activities because we don't have our clothes. I hope Turkish Airlines will rectify this mistake and compensate for our losses. Currently, my spouse, child, and I are in a difficult situation, waiting for help. Please, if any official can hear us, assist us. My phone battery is very low, and I am stranded in an unfamiliar city. Additionally, the money I paid for the hotel has gone to waste because of this.
