I placed an order on Temu for a drill set and paid a total of $59.33 with my Cash App Card on May 30th from Tennessee. The money was taken from my Cash App Card immediately at the time of the order. When I received the drill set, it was already broken and not usable. I contacted Temu customer service and explained that the drill set arrived broken, but they refused to give me my refund. I find it unacceptable that the money was taken from my account right away when I ordered, yet I am being refused a refund for a product that arrived damaged. In addition to this, I placed another order on Temu for watermelon seeds, but instead I received tomato seeds. I paid $4.99 for this order and received the wrong product. Despite this, Temu has not refunded my money for this order either. There is also a separate issue from April 20th. Temu customer service took $5.28 from my Cash App Card, claiming that I ordered something, although I never placed such an order. I have been trying to get this $5.28 back for over three months, but I have still not received any refund or solution. I am a 66‑year‑old disabled man living on a fixed income, so every dollar matters to me. I paid Temu in good faith and expected proper service, but instead I have been left waiting for my refunds for months and feel I have not been treated with respect or fairness, especially when my money was taken so quickly while my refunds are being delayed. I am requesting the same speed and fairness that Temu showed when taking the money: a full and prompt refund of $59.33 for the broken drill set, $4.99 for the wrong seeds, and $5.28 for the charge on April 20th for an order I never placed, all to be paid back to my Cash App Card as soon as possible. I expect Temu to resolve these issues and complete these refunds within 24 hours of receiving this complaint.
