On 27.08.2023, I had a flight with THY from Kayseri to Edremit via Istanbul at 07:45. We planned our hotel reservations according to this schedule. First, the 07:45 flight was delayed to 13:40. The Kayseri flight was also delayed from 11:00 to 11:40. By the time we landed, the connecting flight's gates would have already been closed. We had to run for 15 minutes in the airport. When we reached the gate, we found out that the Edremit flight was delayed by 20 minutes. Although our hotel time was affected, we were happy to catch the flight. However, upon arriving in Edremit, we were informed that our luggage was left in Istanbul. The next flight was the following day, and we didn't even have pajamas to wear. Not only did we lose our entire day with hotel and transfers, but they also failed to deliver our luggage on time. We experienced every possible inconvenience. We demand compensation for our inconvenience and the stress we endured.
