Western Union Transfer Marked Completed but No Money Received
I received a €450 money transfer through Western Union using Yapı Kredi's online banking service. Although the transaction has been marked as "picked up" in the system, the funds have still not been credited to my account after more than 10 days.
I contacted both Western Union and Yapı Kredi customer service. Both companies confirmed that the transaction shows as completed or collected in their systems, yet no money has actually been deposited into my account. I have been unable to access the funds, and neither company has provided a clear explanation for what happened.
I am requesting that Western Union immediately deposit the €450 transfer into my account and resolve this issue without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for why a transfer marked as completed has still not reached my account.
