Western Union Marked My Transfer as Paid but I Never Got It

I was sent money through Western Union to be picked up at Efendioğlu Danışmanlık, located on Kızlarpınarı Avenue in Keçiören, Ankara. Although the transaction was marked as "paid" in the system, I never received the money. The transaction was processed at around 11:00 a.m. yesterday. The reference number is 2337ıeft26012732, and the transaction number is f49617. The money was sent to help cover my hospital expenses.

When I went to the office, I was told that the funds had already been paid out, but I never received any payment. Afterward, I tried to contact the company, only to discover that I had been blocked through its communication channels and could no longer reach anyone. No additional fees were requested, yet the money sent through Western Union was never given to me. As a result, I have suffered financial hardship and feel that I have been deliberately misled.

I request that the money sent through Western Union be returned to me immediately and in full by Efendioğlu Danışmanlık. I also ask that this incident be thoroughly investigated and that appropriate action be taken against those responsible.
