Western Union Transfers Never Reached My Bank Account

Two separate Western Union transfers were sent to my Garanti Bank account: €300 on June 5 and another €300 on June 15. However, neither transfer has been credited to my account. Even after several days, the funds still do not appear in my account history.

I contacted Garanti Bank, and a support case was opened. I was simply told to wait. I also tried to contact Western Union, but I was unable to reach customer service and therefore received no explanation about the missing transfers. I have the MTCN numbers for both transactions and can provide them to the company upon request.

I am requesting that Western Union and Garanti Bank investigate these two pending transfers immediately, credit the funds to my account without any further delay, and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
