Bosch Serie 6 Washing Machine Keeps Tearing Clothes After Repair

I have been using a Bosch Serie 6 washing machine for about 5 years and during this entire period the machine has been tearing my clothes. Despite carefully checking zippers, buttons and washing instructions, I consistently saw damage and tearing on many of my garments specifically after washing them in this machine. Because of this problem, I contacted the authorised Bosch service. However, instead of coming to solve the problem under a fair and customer‑oriented approach, they asked for money to repair it. In the end I even paid for a spare part, but despite this expense, the main issue of the machine tearing my clothes has not been resolved and my clothes continue to be damaged. As a customer who has suffered both financially and morally for years due to this product, I expect Bosch to replace my washing machine with a different model and not with the same Serie 6 model. I want a reliable machine that will not damage my clothes and I request that the necessary steps be taken as soon as possible to resolve this issue and compensate my grievance.
