24.01.24 THY Konya - Istanbul transfer - Ordu Giresun Airport scheduled flight, I could not take my luggage when I landed at Ordu-Giresun airport. Even though I asked questions about the transfer of my luggage in both Konya and Istanbul, I was faced with not having my luggage in Ordu Giresun on flights. I had a similar problem before and there was no response before sending an e-mail, so I was victimized again. I ensured that the necessary areas were verified. It was never taken care of. The distance of my house from ventilation and the absence of my parents also included me in moral and material damage. I definitely want my grievance this time to be resolved.
