Turkish Airlines Luggage Transfer Issue on Flight from Uzbekistan to Mardin

On April 15, 2024, I purchased a ticket for a flight from Uzbekistan to Mardin with a layover at Istanbul Airport. Although it was indicated that my luggage would be transferred from Istanbul to Mardin, Turkish Airlines failed to complete this process, and my luggage was not transferred to the Mardin flight. I want to express my dissatisfaction and frustration due to this situation. I was informed that my luggage was held at customs and I was asked to return. Turkish Airlines provided a report acknowledging their mistake. They are now asking me to return from Mardin to Istanbul, and it has been indicated that there will be no compensation for the ticket. Despite admitting their mistakes, they have made no effort to provide a solution or correct their errors, which is why I am filing this complaint. I was misled and subsequently treated poorly. Additionally, there was no offer to cover the cost of the flight ticket.
