Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage

On 01.09.2023, I took a connecting flight with your airline from Antalya to Adana. When I picked up my luggage at Adana airport, I noticed it was damaged. Despite informing the staff that I live in Antakya and cannot repair it, they insisted it could be fixed and filled out a form. I provided my family's address in Mersin on the form and was told details would be sent via email, but I did not receive a copy of the form or report. Since there is no place in Antakya to repair it, I couldn't get it fixed and received no follow-up. I purchased a ticket for a flight from Edremit with a layover in Istanbul on 10.12.2023, but my damaged luggage was not accepted in the checked baggage due to the previous damage caused by THY's handling or conditions at that time. I am filing this complaint because I do not want to chase after small issues while living in an earthquake zone, but there is a serious negligence and victimization here. I request compensation for the damage to my luggage and resolution for the inconvenience caused by not being able to check my luggage.
