Proton VPN Charged Me After I Canceled My Subscription

On March 27, I noticed a charge of $8 on my card from Proton VPN through Google Play. I had previously subscribed to Proton VPN, but I canceled my subscription through Google Play before this charge was made. Despite canceling my subscription, I was billed again without my knowledge or authorization.
I attempted to contact Proton VPN Support to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response. Being charged without my consent and then being unable to reach customer support has been extremely frustrating.
I respectfully request a full refund of the $8 unauthorized charge and that my Proton VPN subscription be permanently canceled to ensure that no future charges are made to my account.
