Proton VPN Stuck on Connecting in Windows 11
I use the free version of Proton VPN on my Windows 11 computer. For the past four days, the application has been getting stuck on the "Connecting" screen and never establishes a VPN connection. I have tried connecting multiple times at different times of the day, but the result is always the same.
I am using a Vodafone internet connection in Kocaeli, and my internet service is working normally. The issue only affects Proton VPN. During this time, I have not reinstalled Windows, formatted my computer, or made any changes to my Windows settings or the Proton VPN application that could explain this problem. I also attempted to contact Proton VPN Support, but I have not been able to receive effective assistance or a meaningful response.
I respectfully request that Proton VPN investigate the cause of this connection issue and provide a prompt solution. I would like to be able to use Proton VPN normally again on my Windows 11 computer and receive the necessary technical support to resolve this problem.
