Turkish Airlines Isn't Compensating Us The Right Amount

I travelled with Turkish Airlines on flight TK192 on 29 November, and although we checked in three bags, none of them arrived with us at our final destination in Istanbul. Two of the bags were only delivered a week after our arrival, and the last bag was delivered approximately seven weeks later, which caused us serious inconvenience, especially as we were travelling with a baby. Because we did not have our luggage, we had to purchase clothes and essential baby items such as diapers to be able to continue our trip. In addition to the delay, one of our bags was returned to us broken. We reported the problem and submitted a claim to Turkish Airlines for our expenses and for the damaged baggage. However, the airline has not compensated us properly for the delay and is also refusing to pay for the broken bag. Our total loss is 750 USD, but Turkish Airlines has only offered 423 USD. I do not find this offer fair considering the length of the delay, the extra expenses we had to make, and the damage to our bag. I request full compensation of 750 USD to cover our actual costs and the damaged luggage.
