Turkish Airlines Elazig-Istanbul-Bodrum Flight Luggage Issue
I am extremely disappointed with Turkish Airlines. On Monday, July 8th, we set out from Elazig to Bodrum with a layover in Istanbul. We planned a 3-day vacation. Unfortunately, due to the layover in Istanbul, we couldn't receive our luggage. We were a group of 5, including two children, and our luggage did not arrive. We were told that the luggage would be delivered the next day, but no specific time was given. Despite our complaints, we were told there was nothing they could do and were sent away. We had no clothes with us. We had to spend the night in dirty clothes, unable to leave our hotel room. One day of our vacation was wasted. Who will compensate for this? We still haven't received our luggage. Our children and we have been extremely inconvenienced. Our issue remains unresolved. We are filing a complaint.
