Turkish Airlines Delayed the Delivery of My Baby Stroller And Then Sent It Damaged

On September 22, 2023, during my wife's Istanbul-Amsterdam trip with Turkish Airlines, our baby stroller was not delivered to us at Amsterdam airport. My wife waited for three hours for the lost stroller and wanted to file a report; however, Turkish Airlines officials said that a report was not necessary, that the stroller would be found and delivered, and that we could apply online. After more than two months, on November 24, the stroller was delivered broken and damaged at Istanbul airport. When we wanted to file a report there, Turkish Airlines officials again stated that there was no need for a report and that we should apply online, turning us away. Later, our online application was rejected because there was no report. Turkish Airlines officials acted as if they were mocking us, leaving my child without a stroller for two months and then delivering it broken. The officials of a large company like Turkish Airlines have practically mocked us. Every time we called customer service, they stalled us. I demand compensation for the inconvenience caused by my baby stroller being delivered late and broken. Please, do not remain indifferent to this situation.
