I hope you're all well. I have not received any feedback or replies for almost two months from Turkish Airlines regarding my 600 euros compensation and my expenses. The feedback numbers are TK-9600560 and TK-9515327. Every time I call, they say they will look into it urgently, but still, there is no response. I was promised a 600 euros compensation cheque, which I am still waiting for, and coverage for all my expenses.
