Turkish Airlines Didn't Pay The Overbooking Compensation

My flight from Chicago was rescheduled to the next day due to overbooking. I endured hours of inconvenience at the airport because they turned me away from the gate instead of the check-in desk. I was informed that a compensation check of $600 would be issued. I submitted a request through the Turkish Airlines system to have the payment transferred to my bank account. Despite having all my details, including my IBAN, for over a month, Turkish Airlines customer service has failed to make the payment and has not provided any information on when it will be processed. The representatives are extremely rude and seem completely unaware of the process. They repeatedly ask me to submit new requests and make strange demands like asking for a copy of my credit card, as if there was missing information. Later, other representatives contradict these requests, saying such information is not needed. I even visited the Turkish Airlines office for the payment, but they told me they had no money and suggested I come back periodically, as if I had nothing else to do. I always provide my latest request number when they ask for it: TK-10302914.
