Turkish Airlines Hasn't Responded to My Feedback for Over 24 Days

back on July 3rd, I sent my feedback to Turkish Airlines, but it's been until today, July 27th, and I still haven't heard anything back from them. I'm kinda worried that my feedback numbers, 8899904 and 8899889, haven't been dealt with quickly, been, 24 days and they haven't even bothered to acknowledge my concerns. I now think that they're doing it on purpose, and honestly, it's just not cool. I've tried to fix the problem by going to the sales office three times, and every time, they were all like, "Sorry, dude, our cash register is empty, so we can't help you out." It's so annoying when you come across a situation like this, especially when the sales office could have easily fixed it, my return check might expire because they're purposely taking their sweet time to deal with it. This long wait without any response or solution is stressing me out, especially because it's affecting my money situation. Making sure my concerns are taken care of and getting the right support is super important for me to trust and be happy with Turkish Airlines' services.


I received an email for only one of the two withdrawal transactions. The email doesn't include any attachments. What do I need to sign and send back?
