Turkish Airlines Hand Luggage Issue at Baku Airport

During my trip from Istanbul to Baku on 23/11/2023 and back to Istanbul on 28/11/2023, my hand luggage, which was accepted on the outbound flight, was rejected by the counter staff at Baku Haydar Aliyev Airport on the return flight, citing size issues and demanding an extra fee. The check-in process was extremely difficult and required significant effort. On my next trip on 25/01/2024, the same hand luggage was subjected to the same treatment by the counter staff at Haydar Aliyev Airport Airport on 30/01/2024. I couldn't find any officials at the airport, nor could I reach a representative at the Turkish Airlines call center. On the joint flight operated by THY-AZAL, unfortunately, separate treatment is applied to AZAL-THY passengers, and Turkish Airlines passengers are being disadvantaged. I request that Turkish Airlines officials find a solution to this issue.
