Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage and Provided No Responce for Days

On December 28, 2023, I flew with THY from Izmir to Erzurum with a layover in Istanbul, but my luggage did not arrive. Since I was not staying in Erzurum and planned to go to Kars, I requested my luggage to be sent to Kars. I was told it would be sent with the next day's flight to Kars, and my contact information was taken for follow-up. However, I received no updates and had to constantly contact the lost and found departments in Erzurum and Kars, as well as THY. The last update I received was that my luggage would be on the Saturday flight to Kars, but three days have passed and it still hasn't arrived. When I spoke with the lost and found department at Istanbul Airport, I was told that the location of my luggage was unknown and it could be in either Kars or Erzurum, and that I should personally check those locations. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience. It is truly disappointing that THY has let this happen. I urgently request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
