Turkish Airlines TK2649 23/08/2024 15:30 Bingol-Istanbul flight passengers learned that all belongings, including luggage, were left behind at Bingol Airport and not brought to Istanbul while waiting at the baggage claim. Officials requested address information and promised delivery the next day, but some perishable food items were in the luggage. Despite explaining our situation to Istanbul Airport officials, we couldn't find anyone to help. Additionally, when we called the lost and found office via the payphone next to the info desk, the official yelled at me, saying, 'Why are you calling here? 600 people have called since morning, I don't care about your problem, don't call here.' This behavior overshadowed the joy of our family's return from the trip and was unethical. We had to leave the airport with other passengers without finding a solution. I request that our luggage be delivered the next day and that the responsible staff be appropriately disciplined. We trust Turkish Airlines with our lives and belongings, and this incident has deeply upset us, making us reluctant to travel with Turkish Airlines again. I urge the authorities to fulfill their duties and directly address the passengers' issues.

There has been no information shared by THY yet, and our luggage has not reached our address. We are not informed about the situation. It is unbelievable that THY, which we know as a quality and prestigious airline, is this amateurish, unresponsive, and indifferent. It is blatantly obvious that it has become a company that violates passenger rights and handles issues poorly.
