On October 10, 2024, I flew on Turkish Airlines flight TK1528, only to discover upon arrival in Istanbul that all the luggage from the flight was left behind in Düsseldorf. When we went to the baggage claim, we were shocked to learn that none of the bags had been loaded onto the plane. It felt like a nightmare.
We were told a report had been filed and that the luggage would be delivered to our homes on the first flight the next morning. However, when I called today, customer service informed me that the process could take up to 21 days, and there was no update yet. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve flown with Pegasus many times and never experienced anything like this.
I demand my luggage be delivered to me immediately. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will be pursuing legal action. Turkish Airlines must compensate for the inconvenience caused!
