Repeated Delays and Inadequate Service with Turkish Airlines Flight TK2649

My family went to the airport to travel with Turkish Airlines flight TK2649 from Bingol to Istanbul, scheduled at 15:35 on 15/07/2024. The flight was delayed 3-4 times, and my family, consisting of 1 adult, 2 children, and 1 elderly person, had to wait for hours at the airport. They approached the Turkish Airlines information desk to inquire about assistance under passenger rights, but received no help. When we called Turkish Airlines customer service between 17:10-18:30, we were informed that we are entitled to compensation if the delay exceeds 61 minutes. After consulting with a lawyer, we confirmed that this information is correct and that their own website contains brochures on passenger rights. Our feedback was met with a negative response. We will pursue our rights legally, but we believe that issues with Turkish Airlines should be resolved promptly. The value given to people should comply with human rights. I hope for the rise of competitor airlines like Pegasus, as Turkish Airlines consistently has many problems and does not stand behind their mistakes. Additionally, I want to state that we do not accept their negative feedback and will exercise all our legal rights.
