Turkish Airlines Flight Schedule Changes Caused Me to Cancel My Trip

Due to my son's hospital appointment, I purchased a round-trip ticket for the Elazig-Ankara route on March 7, 2023, through Turkish Airlines (Anadolu Jet) with a reservation reference number. On February 13, 2023, at 10:46 AM, I received the first message informing me that flight TK7054, originally scheduled for 11:55 PM, had been rescheduled to 3:50 PM. I moved my ticket to the next day and booked a hotel reservation. At 11:54 AM, I received a second message stating that flight TK7055, originally scheduled for 5:40 AM, had been rescheduled to 5:40 PM. Due to my son's hospital appointment at 10:40 AM on March 7, 2023, I had to cancel my tickets. However, when I checked Turkish Airlines' website at 4:30 PM, I saw that the 5:40 AM flight had reopened, but the ticket prices had increased. I spoke with the customer representative of the company, who mentioned that an additional flight might have been added. This situation did not seem convincing to me. As a teacher, I am currently suffering both time-wise and financially. I request that my grievance be addressed and, if the flights are to take place at 5:40 AM, that my ticket be provided under the original conditions.
