Turkish Airlines Ticket Refund Issue for Izmir-Istanbul Flight

On 15.03.2024, I purchased a flight ticket from Izmir to Istanbul via the Anadolu Jet app. Due to my 3-month-old baby's illness, I wanted to cancel or reschedule the flight ticket. When I contacted Anadolu Jet, they informed me that they are now operating as A Jet and that I should contact Turkish Airlines. Upon contacting Turkish Airlines, they told me that my ticket cannot be canceled or rescheduled. When I selected the cancellation option, it stated that I would receive a refund of ₺494. However, my ticket cost ₺2922. While I understand that not all of it would be refunded, such a significant difference is not reasonable. Because I didn't account for my child's illness, I am now losing an extra ₺2500. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue.
