Turkish Airlines Denied Full Refund For Pregnancy-Related Flight Cancellation

My wife, who is a teacher and currently pregnant, traveled from Istanbul to Giresun during the mid-term break (flight TK 2852 with reservation code twqp83 on 20.01.2024). Two weeks later, I planned to join her in Giresun and stay for a week, then return on 10.02.2024 with flight TK 2852 and reservation code ukzu4p. However, before my wife traveled to Giresun, we had a genetic test done during her pregnancy. On the day I intended to purchase my ticket, we received the genetic test results. Upon consulting with our doctor, we were informed that my wife needed to come in for an immediate check-up due to a risk factor.
As a result, on 31.01.2024, my wife returned on the earliest flight available (flight TK 7333 with reservation code sxvcjf). Subsequently, after discussing with Turkish Airlines customer service, we received an email stating that instead of a refund, we would be given a flight voucher equivalent to the ticket price. On 08.02.2024, during another conversation with customer service, they acknowledged our request to convert the flight amount into a flight voucher. However, half an hour later, they called my wife to inform her that only half of the flight amount for her portion of the 10.02.2024 flight would be given as a flight voucher.
My wife did not accept this offer. Despite sending all the medical reports and operation documents to Turkish Airlines officials and explaining that the health issue affects both of us as a family, we request a full refund or flight voucher for the entire amount of the 10.02.2024 flight with reservation code ukzu4p.

They resolved my issue by providing a travel voucher. Thank you...
