Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation and Delays
On December 23, 2023, the 9:30 AM flight TK 7121 from Gaziantep to Ankara was canceled. After the cancellation, we decided to switch to the 9:40 AM flight TK 7115 from Şanlıurfa to Ankara. Upon arriving at Şanlıurfa Airport, we learned that the flight was delayed until 10:55 AM. At 10:00 AM, we received a message that the flight was canceled. We were informed that the next flight could be at 4:00 PM. Additionally, I reside in Gaziantep and received information that our return flight was delayed until 3:00 PM. As Turkish Airlines, I request detailed information about this situation and reimbursement for the transportation costs from Nizip to Gaziantep Airport, Gaziantep to Şanlıurfa, and Şanlıurfa to Gaziantep, as well as a refund for the tickets and compensation for the medical issue I experienced.
