Turkish Airlines Canceled My Flight Two Months in Advance
On January 24, 2018, I purchased three tickets for the July 1 flight at 9:40 AM. This flight time was suitable for me as my hotel check-in time was 12:00 PM. However, yesterday I received a message from Turkish Airlines informing me that my flight time was changed to 5:30 PM and my original flight was canceled. This situation has caused problems for me due to the payments I made for the hotel and the reservations I made for transportation services. I contacted Turkish Airlines, but they told me there were no available seats at a suitable time. I am requesting that my tickets be rescheduled to an earlier time and that I be provided with a suitable seat. Due to this situation, I incurred a one-day hotel expense for a three-person stay amounting to ₺15,000, and I am now at a loss. I expressed that I do not accept this flight change, but I have not received any assistance.
