On November 6, 2024, I flew on Turkish Airlines flight TK0557 from Abidjan to Istanbul. After landing, my luggage did not appear on the carousel. Upon inquiry, I was informed it had been left behind at Abidjan Airport. I submitted a claim, and the luggage was delivered to my home on November 7, 2024. However, I wish it had never been returned at all.
One of the wheels was so severely broken that the inside of the suitcase is now exposed. This flight was an absolute ordeal. I will not consider flying with Turkish Airlines again unless my damages are fully compensated. The dimensions of the suitcase (excluding the wheels) are 70x30x45 cm. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue.
