On 02 November 2023, my suitcase was damaged and the wheel was broken while coming from London to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines flight number TK7821. I submitted my complaint to the relevant department and filed a report. I also uploaded all the documents they requested to the website they specified. After waiting for about 1 month, they demand me to repair the suitcase or submit a report that it cannot be repaired without finding any solution. I do not find it acceptable that an airline such as Turkish Airlines, which claims to be global and keeps ticket prices high compared to equivalent airline companies, does not attach importance to customer satisfaction and does not produce solutions.
