Turkish Airlines Broke My Suitcase on My Flight and Told Me to Fix It Myself

Turkish Airlines TK1304 flight from Malaga to Istanbul and then a transfer to Ankara left me with a broken suitcase wheel. I had received my suitcase before the trip, and it had not even been two days. Now Turkish Airlines is telling me to fix it through another channel. I do not understand what my fault is. I buy a new suitcase, they break it, and then they tell me to fix it myself. I know writing this here will not change anything, but let people see how Turkish Airlines treats passengers while making money from us. We are expected to choose our own national airline only to be treated like this. I will never buy a plane ticket from Turkish Airlines again.
