Our 9:50 AM flight from Antalya to Ankara was canceled due to a technical issue on the plane. After waiting for an hour inside the aircraft, we were asked to disembark, and now it’s 12:00 PM, and we are still waiting at the airport. An announcement was made for beverage service, and people lined up with their children to get water and juice. Unfortunately, they said we were only allowed one drink, and they didn't give juice to the children! When did Turkish Airlines come to this? They have started withholding juice from children! I have an 18-month-old baby with asthma, and after waiting for 45 minutes inside the plane, I asked if they could provide something warm because my child was about to choke from coughing. They said they couldn't provide anything at the moment. We are still at the airport, and people have been waiting since 7:30-8:00 AM and continue to wait. My financial situation is not good, and my child was hungry. I told them I couldn't afford to spend ₺150 on a soup. They said there was nothing they could do and that they could help after 3 hours! This is the second time I have experienced such a situation. Turkish Airlines is deteriorating day by day. A large company has come to the point where it withholds juice and soup from a child.
