I Experienced Inconvenience Due To Flight Turkish Airlines Cancellation at Istanbul Airport

I am at Istanbul Airport with Turkish Airlines. Our flight, which was supposed to depart at 7:40, has been canceled. We found out about the cancellation while waiting in line to check in our baggage. They told us to 'come back in an hour.' We asked again before the hour was up; it's early morning and having a child with me makes the situation more difficult. They said, 'Go upstairs, food will be provided,' but I had to find the person giving this information myself. We went upstairs; with luggage and a child, it was chaotic. Not even water was provided, and there was no voucher or clear information. The experience shows a significant lack of consideration for human values. During this process, we were not informed via email or message. This situation is unacceptable for Istanbul Airport.
