Hello travelers, my journey with Anadolu Jet (THY) on TK7818 from Ankara to Belgrade on December 31, 2023, turned into a nightmare when I discovered the appalling condition of my luggage at the conveyor belt. Despite filing an official report on the spot, the proposed compensation amount for my damaged luggage is nothing short of a comedy. It's disheartening to witness a globally recognized institution like THY dismiss my concerns repeatedly and offer an inadequate sum, showcasing a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. I urge THY to reconsider their unreasonable compensation proposal and address my distress adequately.
