Turkish Airlines Damaged My Baggage But Didn't Resolve

On 03/02/2024, after my flight from Brussels to Istanbul with THY, I noticed that my baggage was broken inward from the top right corner when I received it. I reported the issue to the relevant department at Istanbul Airport. As instructed online, I created a claim for my damaged baggage with the application number 2024030219. Despite it being clear from the photos I uploaded to the baggage damage system that the suitcase is beyond repair, my issue has not been resolved for more than 3 weeks. Additional documents and information are still being requested to confirm that the baggage cannot be repaired. Although I have uploaded several photos and explained the situation, I have not received any response. I handed over my baggage in good condition and received it damaged, and my issue remains unresolved, causing me distress. I urgently request a resolution to my problem.
