Turkish Airlines Damaged My Baggage but Still Didn’t Compensate It

On August 24, 2023, my family and I took a flight from Konya to London with a layover in Istanbul. We discovered that our luggage was broken and filled out a form online. Today is January 2, five months have passed, and THY has still not made the payment to me. This situation does not suit THY, which claims to be a world star and the best airline in the world.
