Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage
Hello, I encountered baggage issues on my THY flight from Igdır to Istanbul and then to Alanya on August 27, 2023. Our bags didn't arrive in Alanya as expected. At the airport, we filled out a form and were told they'd arrive on the evening flight, threatening us with security when we wanted to wait. They said they would send the bags to the given address within 2 days, but it turned into a complete mess. Despite giving our contact details, the airport staff irresponsibly didn't inform or send them, leaving us stranded without our belongings during our vacation in Alanya. It took 3 days for our bags to reach us, and even then, we had to take a taxi to the airport ourselves as the staff didn't help. We tried to track the baggage issue at the airport and on the THY official website on 08/30/2023, but I haven't received any response for over two months. When I contact customer service, they don't provide a satisfactory response, giving different answers each time, saying they've redirected us. This kind of service is not fitting for a Star Alliance member airline. Please assist in this matter!
