Turkish Airlines Fails to Provide My Student Extra Baggage Allowance

Despite clearly showing in their system that I am a student, Turkish Airlines is not granting my student extra baggage allowance. Resolving this should not be so difficult! Recently, their lack of attention to our national volleyball players (forcing them to sit in economy seats on a commercial flight for a continental match) and to us students is unacceptable! THY unfortunately follows a policy that disregards customer satisfaction. The company offers no help in our justified claims and ignores customer feedback and complaints. It feels impossible to find a solution due to their thick bureaucracy. THY, as our national carrier, seems to think they are beyond reproach. Their treatment of the national volleyball team and their stance towards customers is discouraging. This company does not deserve to represent Turkey's name! They ignore their users' feedback. The "Turkey" in their name should not be a shield to hide behind. I just want what I am entitled to! This issue can easily be resolved by assigning a one-time baggage allowance coupon. If students and other passengers don't matter to them, we will have to make our voices heard on social media and other platforms. Please urgently grant my extra baggage allowance. This problem can and should be solved with a simple coupon assignment. Otherwise, we will express your indifferent and customer-unfriendly attitude on every platform.
