Turkish Airlines Didn't Cover the Expenses Of My Damaged Samsonite Luggage

I had flight from Ankara-Istanbul to Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta-Istanbul-Ankara, with my Samsonite luggage at dates of 26 November 2023 and 1 December 2023. They were both 16-18 hours flights. My luggage is very damaged during return flight, but as I was very tired I did not have THY authorities kept a damage report at airport and also we were very crowded I dont want them to wait for me. After I got home, I wrote to THY, took a lot of pictures showing damage. And the response after a week is that we cannot cover the damage. I usually have luggage damages in my flights, but only I have proglem with THY, all other companirs cover it easily. I will not prefer THY anymore.
