Turkish Airlines Did Not Compensate Me for My Damaged Baggage After the Flight
On May 28, 2025, I traveled from Morocco to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK620 (RAK–IST). Since I needed to return to Ankara immediately, I was instructed to submit a claim through your website. I completed my application by attaching photos of the damaged baggage. Despite everything being clear and all necessary documents and photos of my broken suitcase being submitted, no proper evaluation was made regarding the damage, and my baggage has not been repaired or compensated. I was told the claim could only be submitted online due to restricted access to the airport, yet no action has been taken. I hereby reiterate my complaint and request that the damage compensation for my baggage be provided and this issue be resolved urgently. I respectfully ask for your prompt attention.
