Turkish Airlines Damaged Baggage - Broken Wheel Claim

On June 7, 2025, after my flight with Turkish Airlines from Toronto to Istanbul Airport with my husband, I noticed that one of our suitcases had a broken wheel base, detached from where it was mounted. I filed a damage report at the airport and initiated the necessary procedures, then submitted feedback to Turkish Airlines. Despite providing all requested documents in full, as of October 1, 2025, I have not received any resolution. The last email I received on September 24, 2025, once again asked me to resend the same information I had already provided, along with a request to reconfirm acceptance of the offered compensation of 96 CAD. Since the damage is on the lower body of the luggage where the wheel is mounted, the suitcase is beyond repair. I also contacted the call center during this process but only received an apology email without any real solution. Having repeatedly submitted the same information with no progress, I now demand that my grievance be resolved without further delay and that the rightful compensation be paid to me.
