Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage After Flight - I Request Refund

After my international flight with Turkish Airlines on November 8, 2026, I received my luggage at Çukurova Airport. My luggage was seriously damaged due to the impact and it was delivered to me inward. I immediately applied for damage assessment, but in the examination, the damage was evaluated as a simple scratch and my request was rejected. During the application, I was asked for passport, ticket and photos of damaged baggage; I submitted all the documents in full. My online correspondence has been going on for 5 days and my reference number is 2025267429. However, I did not receive any positive feedback for the solution of the victimization I experienced. I do not accept the serious damage to my luggage as a scratch. I request a new baggage delivery or a refund. I request that my victimization be removed as soon as possible.
