I was offered to be taken on the next flight by Turkish Airlines on August 5th and was told that a compensation of 400 euros would be paid. First of all, the fee was stated as euros, and then I was told that it would be calculated as Turkish lira, at the exchange rate of that day. They gave me 1 year, and since then, I have given feedback maybe 10 times and waited for all of them to respond within 14 days. 3 months have passed, and still no refund has been made. This is a great shame, what Turkish Airlines did. They do not pay 400 euros and expect the money to lose its value after 1 year. I saw around me that they do this to everyone in this way. Something needs to be done immediately to prevent this fraud.
