Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage and Didn't Respond the Report


On January 22, 2024, I flew from Ankara to Kars with Turkish Airlines. When I got my luggage, I discovered it was in terrible condition, with tears all over it. I reported this with images to Turkish Airlines, but it has been more than a month, and I have not received a response from them. Consequently, I had to take two more flights using luggage borrowed from others. Turkish Airlines is causing inconvenience to its passengers! I anticipate receiving compensation shortly. If the issue is not resolved, I will take legal action.
