Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage and Provided No Solution
On April 15, 2024, after my flight from Agri to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines, I discovered that the wheel of my luggage was broken when I retrieved it. I immediately reported this to the Turkish Airlines baggage services at the airport. Since I had a lot of luggage and a long journey ahead, I expected an immediate solution, but they did not provide a new suitcase as they didn't have a suitable one available. They advised me to continue the process through their website using the created report and assured me that my problem would be resolved. However, since then, no solution has been offered through the report I filed. I am clearly stating my request: I urgently demand either a replacement suitcase equivalent to the one that was broken or the current market value of the damaged luggage if a replacement is not available. It has been a month, and I am disappointed that Turkish Airlines, one of Turkey's largest corporate companies, has not been able to meet my request.
