Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage and Hasn't Resolved It for Months
On April 21, 2024, during my Istanbul-Elazig flight, Turkish Airlines damaged two of my suitcases. I received a new suitcase at the airport for one of them, but the other large soft-surface suitcase was torn. Since then, they have not provided any solution. I do not want to use a torn suitcase in public, and no place says they can repair it. I have no repair invoice or purchase receipt. They do not value their customers. I did not give them a patched suitcase, and I do not want to use it patched. It makes no sense to use a suitcase that I handed over in perfect condition now patched. For 2 months, they have been stalling. I respond to the case, and the same things are requested over and over again. When I call the call center, they say they took notes and marked it as urgent, but no one gets back to me. This will be my last attempt to get a response; otherwise, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board and pursue my rights in other ways. You are driving people crazy with your delays. This is my final wait...
