Turkish Airlines Damaged Both My Suitcases - Ignored My Compensation Requests

On my March 31 Turkish Airlines flight from NYC to Istanbul, both of my hard-shell suitcases were damaged and rendered unusable. One was visibly broken at the airport, so I filed a report there; the other had internal damage that I only discovered after arriving home, prompting a second report. Without consulting me, Turkish Airlines merged the two reports and treated the issue as if only one suitcase had been damaged. I sent multiple emails and made several phone calls, but all I received were automated responses. In the end, they offered compensation for only about one-third of the total damage. Despite nearly two months having passed, I have yet to receive any response to my follow-up emails.
