Turkish Airlines Changed My Seat Without Consent, I Want Justice!
Hello everyone, I bought a ticket from Turkish Airlines and paid an extra ₺150 for a window seat. However, when I went to check in on the day of the flight, I saw that Turkish Airlines had moved me to a middle seat and removed me from the window seat I had paid for. The ₺150 I paid was not even visible in the system. I realized during check-in that my seat had been changed without my consent. Previously, they had also changed my window seat arbitrarily, claiming "operational reasons," even though I had specifically chosen a seat away from the wing — yet they placed me right next to the wing. But what happened this time went completely off the rails. I cannot understand how they can treat paying passengers like this. I will pursue all my legal rights regarding this issue.
