Issue with Seat Reservation on Turkish Airlines Flight

I purchased 3 passenger tickets and paid extra for seat reservations for the Istanbul New Airport - Trabzon flight from Turkish Airlines. However, 2 days before the flight, my seat reservations were changed without my permission. When I called customer service to ask how they could change my seats without asking me, their response was shocking: Turkish Airlines has the right to change seats. When I asked why I paid extra for seat reservations, they gave me evasive answers. My issue is not with the customer service representative; despite paying extra for seat reservations, how can my rights be taken away and the seats sold to others? I believe Turkish Airlines has become just an ordinary airline. The seats taken from me were sold to Arabs, and my passengers were placed in the wing section. As a citizen of this country, we are tired of being treated as second-class people. I will never choose Turkish Airlines again. They should refund the money I paid for the seats. Do not even call me to apologize; just refund my money. I feel sorry for the people of this country, and I have nothing more to say.
