Turkish Airlines Changed My Flight Time Without Notice and I Missed My Flight
My return flight from São Paulo to Istanbul with the PNR code V6RC6P was shown as 10:05 on my application on 08.02.2025. After checking in, it suddenly changed to 04:05 and I missed my flight. In the customer service conversation with my wife on 08.02.2025 at 18:42, the representative openly admitted and stated that the time was 10:05 and that it was a system error. According to the information we learned later, I realized that the flight was moved from 10:05 to 04:05 and I was not notified in any way. No e-mail, no phone call and the Turkish Airlines application allowed me to check in for a flight that did not exist despite the flight time being changed and it changed to 04:05 after check-in. Then, since I missed my flight, I was directed to buy a new ticket. A new ticket was issued for 11.02.2025 and the previous day's flight was delayed by 15 hours. and although there was room on the plane, they did not accept me on the flight. I urgently request my money back.
